A folk dance is a social, cultural or celebratory expression that can accompany religious rites, initiation, war ceremonies, fertility, petition, etc. Folk dances have an objective and dancers usually have a high sense of rituality. In the case of Mexico there is a great variety of dances that have their origin before the time of the colony and that, although they have been modified or adapted, They retain some ancient features. For example, there are many representations of devils and the various daily activities of people such as agriculture. The term "folklore" or "folklore" refers to the beliefs, practices and customs that are traditional to a people or culture, including crafts, superstitions, stories, music and dances. Traditions, all of them, which are usually transmitted from generation to generation.I am good dancing, it makes it easy for me to move my feet and I have good coordination, dance turns me on, when I dance I forget everything, I can do another type of exercise but the dance is very complete.
